Festive ombre champagne with Forest Fruits à la Violette jam.
Ingredients
Preperation time: 5 minutes, Total time: 25 minutes, Servings: 4 people
1 bottle champagne (chilled)
8 blackberries for decoration
4 sprigs of rosemary
Sugar for the sugar rim
4 tbsp Callas Confiture Forest Fruits à la Violette
Preparation
Prepare the decoration: Remove the leaves from the bottom half of the rosemary sprigs and add two blackberries per sprig. Place the rosemary sprigs in the freezer and wait until they are frozen (about 20 minutes)
Prepare the suger rim: Pour a layer of suger onto a flat surface. Moisten the rims of the champagne glasses with water and dip them into the sugar.
Pour the champagne into the glasses and tilt each glass 45 degrees. Pour 1 tbsp Forest Fruits à la Violette jam along the sides of the glass, allowing it to slide to the bottom.
Decorate the champagne glasses with the frozen rosemary sprigs and enjoy!
